SPACESMaui has opened the doors of their Plantation House for CoWorking and collaboration. This rentable office space is conveniently located off of Makawao Avenue in beautiful upcountry Maui.
Available Monday through Friday, SPACESMaui blends the aesthetics, atmosphere, and hospitality of a boutique hotel with the high end utilities and benefits of an established office. With just a click of a button, reserve your seat, private office, or conference room online, either by the day or the week starting at just $30 per day. In addition, 24 hour access is available for certain membership types.
This historic Plantation House will meet all of your office needs without the overhead of buying or leasing an office of your own or the hassle of working remotely from a coffee shop or cafe. SPACESMaui is an air-conditioned space equipped with “Jump Seats,” a private office, a private meeting room, a larger meeting room with a wireless wall-mounted monitor for presentations, a library lounge, and a kitchen.
A Jump Seat Pass includes: a desk chair, work space, desk lamp, fast and stable WiFi, one cup of coffee with each day pass, water, and access to a muse meditation device and library lounge that offers a space for breaks and relaxation. A high quality office printer, copy machine and scanner are available for use as well as the option to rent Mac computer accessories such as a monitor, mouse or keyboard for an additional fee.
SPACESMaui is part of the Proximity Networking of CoWorking Spaces -- a Network with over one-hundred CoWorking Spaces around the world.

Opening Hours are between 08:30 am and 5:00 pm. 24 hour access is available for certain membership types.
Where are we located?
SPACESMaui, The Plantation House is located at 37 Makawao Ave, Pukalani 96768. We are still working on our signage, until then, please look out for a red sign that says “Equity One Real Estate”. Parking is free and available outside the building. If you are new to Maui, a good point of orientation is “Pukalani Superette” - a local grocery store.
First time Check in
Checking in for the first time is simple and fast. Please show your driver’s license (or similar valid identification) and allow us to make a copy of it. The check-in (or registration-) process will only take a couple of minutes. Choose your Jump Seat, log into our WiFi, register, choose your membership level, go.
Or, what’s included and what is not. A “Jump Seat” includes: a desk chair, a work space, desk lamp, WiFi, one cup of coffee (each day pass) and water. If you need to use the printer we ask you to send your documents to us via email and we will print them for you. If you need to print more than 5 pages we will charge you an additional fee at check out. Mac Displays are available for rent, for an additional fee.

One hour usage of our conference room is included and can be used upon request. Additional hours can be booked upon request and additional costs. First come, first serve.
